Please be aware of the following raid rules and please abide by them at all times.  Ignoring the raid rules is a kickable offence!  Thanks in advance for your cooperation - we're just trying to be as fair as possible to as many guild members as possible!  *NEW*  Scroll down to see frequently asked questions!

Please note that the raiding week runs from Sunday to Sunday - all raids are reset by the server at 2pm GMT every Sunday.

First play-throughs following the raid reset on Sunday

No rules whatsoever.  We need all Zuan Ruins and Head of Fire dungeons closed as quickly as possible so we can start re-opening them.  We want everyone in and fighting hard.

All re-openings of ZRL, ZRB, and HoF lower dungeons

Only one rule on re-openings.  If you didn’t pay the 10 runes to re-open that dungeon, you MUST NOT bid on the purple item (or the orange ring…) in the subsequent auction.  This is now the only rule on re-openings.  Anyone who breaks this rule will be removed from the guild permanently.

All guild members who are level 90 or above have the opportunity to re-open at least one dungeon each day by paying 10 runes to re-open that dungeon.
Please follow --> this link <-- if you think you would like to do this.  The person who pays the 10 runes and re-opens the dungeon receives the purple item (or the orange ring…) from the subsequent auction for 1 DKP.  Anyone else who bids on and "steals" that item will be removed from the guild immediately and will not be coming back.

Re-openings of ZR lower

ZRL will continue to be re-opened at least once each week for those who are below level 100.  If you are level 100 or above, please stay out of the re-opened ZRL.

All re-openings of AA, AH, SG and all HC dungeons are free for all! No rules, you can bid what you want.

Alts

Alts (extra accounts after your main account) are allowed in the guild but are subject to a few extra rules:

  • Alts can fight in guild dungeons but should not normally win purple items as to do so would deprive another person's main of better gear.  The only exception to this is if the alt paid 10 runes to reopen that dungeon; in that situation, the alt may try to place #1 and win the purple item.
  • Alts are not normally allowed to bid for purple items in Auctions as to do so would deprive another person's main of better gear.  The only exception to this is if the alt paid 10 runes to reopen the dungeon which generated the purple item in Auction; in that situation, the alt is entitled to the purple item from that dungeon in Auction, just like anyone else who reopens a dungeon.
  • In keeping with the rest of the raid rules, there are no restrictions on winning or bidding for blue items or ores; alts are allowed to do both.

The Raid Rules: Frequently Asked Questions

While the rules are as simple as we can make them, some questions come up time and time again.  These are answered here to help people to understand the rules better without adding more and more text to the rules themselves.

Question: Can I bid on that purple item in Auction?  Probably the number one question in terms of how often it is asked.  The answer depends on whether the item dropped from (a) the first play-through of a dungeon after the Sunday reset or (b) a re-opened dungeon.

Answer:

If it dropped from a first play-through, ANYONE who fought in that dungeon can bid on it (if you didn't fight in that dungeon you won't even see the item in Auction).

If it dropped from a re-opened dungeon, only the person who paid 10 runes to re-open the dungeon may bid on the purple item.  If someone else bids on the item and wins, they will be removed from the guild permanently.  So don't, because I don't enjoy banning people!

If you aren't sure whether the purple item dropped from a first play-through or from a re-opened dungeon, ask in our WeChat group or in the in-game chat BEFORE you bid.  Someone will advise you.

Question: Can I bid on that blue item in Auction?

Answer: Yes.  Anyone may bid on blue items, even from re-opened dungeons.  There are no restrictions on bidding for blues.

Question: Can I bid on the equip pieces in Auction?

Answer: Yes.  Anyone may bid on any kind of  pieces , even from re-opened dungeons.  There are no restrictions on bidding for equip pieces.

Question: What do you mean by "first play-through" and "re-open"?  I don't understand the difference?

Answer: Each Sunday at noon GMT the game automatically resets all guild dungeons and opens them all afresh for the new raiding week.  The first time each guild dungeon is completed after the Sunday reset is the first play-through.

After the first play-through of each dungeon, guilds are allowed to re-open them repeatedly during the rest of the raiding week.  Once the first play-through of each dungeon has finished, all subsequent instances of that dungeon are re-opens.

In Exodus we give guild members the opportunity to re-open the guild dungeons if they want to, which gives everyone more guild dungeons to fight in and more chances to win gear for their cards.  It costs 10 runes to re-open a dungeon but the 'reward' for doing so is the re-opener gets the purple item from that guild dungeon when it appears in Auction; nobody else is allowed to bid on that item.  It's our way of saying thanks for spending your runes on something that benefits many people in the guild.

Question: Can I re-open a dungeon so I can have the purple item from the Auction?

Answer: Yes, provided you are level 90 or above - the game doesn't allow people below level 90 to do it.  Just ask in our WeChat group or the in-game chat.  It will cost you 10 runes to re-open the dungeon and you have to have at least one attack to put into that dungeon, otherwise you won't be able to see and bid on the purple item.
